How can I tell if I’m eligible?
The best way to determine if your insurer covers a visit is to enter your insurance information and subscriber ID when prompted after logging in. If you are a new member signing up for our services, you can enter your insurance information and subscriber ID during the sign-up process, where we will verify your insurance eligibility and coverage details.
What is covered by my insurance?
If your insurer covers our services, you will only be responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles associated with your plan—your insurance will cover the rest.
When you create your Patient Portal, you can enter your insurance information and subscriber ID during the sign-up process, where we will verify your insurance eligibility and coverage details.
How will my insurance be billed?
After your visit, Encircle Therapy will submit claims for services rendered to your insurance plan. When your insurance has processed the claim, they will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) telling you what services were billed, what amount was covered by the insurer, and what balance, if any, you may be responsible for.
How will I be billed after my insurance claim has been processed?
Before you begin receiving services, we will verify your insurance eligibility and coverage details. We will then provide you with a detailed breakdown of the amount your insurer will cover and the amount you will be responsible for. Your credit card on file will be charged immediately following each session.
After we submit the claim, your insurance will process the claim and send us an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), telling us what services were billed, what amount was covered by the insurer, and what balance you owe. Should your insurance cover more than the amount initially charged to you, Encircle will refund the credit card on file. If your insurance covers less than the amount initially charged to you, our billing team will contact you before any additional charges are made.
