Core Values
We build bridges within the community and our organization, allowing us to connect LGBTQ+ youth, young adults, and their families to resources, mental health services, and life-saving therapy. We are welcoming and inclusive, proactively working to meet people where they are and to find common ground.
We intentionally center LGBTQ+ youth, young adults, and their families in our work and thoughtfully use our resources to maintain a secure, financially sustainable model for Encircle. We honor and value those who support Encircle with their time, support, and donations.
We are resilient and adaptable, constantly finding new and innovative ways to best serve our community’s evolving needs. We utilize data and research to help make critical decisions and measure our impact.
