As Encircle continues to celebrate Black History Month, join us Wednesday evening to visualize the words of Black, queer poets on paper. Choose from a variety of mediums including paint, collage, markers, and pastels to illustrate your interpretations of their work. Enjoy the lyricism of contemporary and historical voices like Audre Lorde, James Baldwin, Danez Smith, Donika Kelly, and more. All materials will be provided.
Open to ages 12-25. Experience self-exploration through creativity with others in our community. Bring a friend or stop in on your own. All materials are provided and it is free to attend. Join us for an evening filled with fun and inspiring work led by local artists!
